Day three entailed the same regiment as day one and day two. The nice thing about day three was the temperature. The first two days I completed the program the temperature was in the mid to upper 80’s and it was humid. Yesterday, during the workout, the temperature was in the mid 70’s. I much prefer working out in the cooler temperature. Also, during the day three workout, I chose a different route. The new route had some little hills and shaded areas. Yay, for the shade! And well, the hills weren’t the worst but running down hill is much better than up hill:) At any rate, the day three workout was better than either of the first two days.
